"I Hope It Isn't Haunted" Moving Card! 👻🏚️🎃

Halloween is nowhere in sight—it's July—but when I came across the adorable sentiment, "I Hope It Isn't Haunted," I knew there was only one thing I could make: a haunted house!

Instead of an ordinary card, this spooky haunted house slides away to reveal plenty of space inside for a handwritten message, making it just as enjoyable to open as it is to look at.

I used the following:

• Jaded Blossom's House Slider Die Set, New Home Stamp Set, Gnome Dies: Graveyard Add-Ons, Fall Embellishment Clusters, and Halloween Embellishment Clusters.

The house itself is packed with all the creepy details that make Halloween so much fun:

• 🦇 Bats circling the roof and chimney

• 🪟 Glowing windows hinting at mysterious visitors inside

• 🌳 A creepy tree with eyeballs watching every move

• 🎃 Jack-o'-lanterns lining the fence

• 💀 Tiny skulls and a gravestone for just the right amount of spooky charm

• 🚪 A boarded-up front door...because whatever's inside should probably stay there!

I also love adding texture whenever I can. The embossed woodgrain siding gives the haunted house a weathered, abandoned look, while the layered die cuts create depth and dimension that really bring the scene to life.

One of my favorite parts of this card is the contrast between the playful sentiment and the spooky design. It's creepy—but in a cute way! That's exactly the kind of crafting I enjoy.

The inside of the card features plenty of room to write a personal message, making this card perfect for sending greetings to friends, family, or anyone who appreciates a little spooky fun.
